In my experience with Ministry of

the Attorney General (MAG)

projects, I provided project

leadership and oversight for a

range of facility improvement and

capital projects focused on

enhancing facility functionality,

security, and operational

requirements. My responsibilities

included overseeing security

upgrades, renovations, selective

redesigns, and facility furniture

refurbishment, while coordinating

project activities through the

applicable stages of design and

construction. While with Colliers

Project Leaders, I was responsible

for overseeing six MAG projects,

including five projects in the

Construction Stage and one

project in the Design Stage,

providing ongoing project

coordination and oversight to

support delivery in accordance

with approved project budget,

scope, schedule, quality, and

operational requirements.

For the Ministry of the Solicitor

General (SOLGEN) projects, I

provided project leadership and

oversight for the modernization

and upgrading of a detention

centre and multiple Probation and

Parole offices. These capital

projects involved a broad range of

facility improvements, including

the construction of new parking

facilities, roof replacements and

renewals, and other building

infrastructure upgrades. My

responsibilities included

coordinating and managing

consultants and project resources,

overseeing project activities

through design and construction,

monitoring project scope,

schedule, budget, and financial

reporting, and supporting

construction administration and

project delivery requirements.

In addition to these physical

improvements, I oversaw the

implementation of critical security

enhancements throughout the

facilities, ensuring that project

requirements were aligned with

operational, safety, security, and

functional requirements. I also

coordinated commissioning

activities, deficiency identification

and resolution, and project

closeout requirements to support

the successful completion and

readiness of the upgraded

facilities.

holistic upgrade of the Ellen

Fairclough Building in Hamilton.

The project encompassed a broad

range of building infrastructure,

life-safety, automation, and

security improvements, including

Fire Alarm and Emergency Lighting

upgrades, renewal of the Building

Automation System (BAS), and

installation of advanced security

systems, including Access Control

and Code Blue Emergency Call

Stations.

My responsibilities included

consultant management,

coordination of project resources

and technical disciplines, and
