PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

AI Program Manager KinderCare Learning Companies (KLC) Jan 2025 – Oct 2026 Managed AI and delivery programs across four data engineering teams (BIR, DLA, INTS, CEDO) in a 40,000 employee organization.

• Managed the AI-native delivery pilot for a Power BI KPI migration: built the business case, cost savings model, measurement framework, and roadmap, and won executive approval to replace a three person contract dev and QE line with Claude and Claude Code powered delivery.

• Ran workflow discovery with report users across brands, wrote build specifications, validated with real users, and drove adoption of the Power BI platform that replaced dozens of emailed Excel reports.

• Coordinated delivery across four teams: backlog refinement, release syncs, quarterly PI planning readiness, and retrospectives, tracking dependencies and blockers and assigning clear next owners.

• Produced weekly status and monthly executive reporting for VPs and the CIO; built the delivery baseline separating feature work from operational support and corrected velocity that had been understated by up to 60 percent.

• Built and shipped production AI agents in Jira and Confluence (backlog health scanner, story sizing advisor, delivery metrics extraction), automating about 10 hours of delivery reporting per cycle.

• Served as AI Lead on an enterprise center management reimagination program alongside an external consulting partner, overseeing a $285K advisory engagement.

• Delivered AI training for executives, managers, and delivery teams under CIO-sponsored Claude adoption; drove the company's Claude Partner Network application to approval. • Choice Hotels: Led the redesign of the promotional and loyalty program, introducing faster point structures and mid week incentives; partnered with the CEO of Choice Hotels EMEA to align scope and outcomes across regions.

• ExxonMobil: Managed consulting delivery in a global energy and industrial environment where systems could not afford disruption; translated field workflows into requirements development teams could execute.

• Sunstate Equipment: Managed SharePoint platform overhauls and the launch of a custom Xamarin mobile app for an equipment rental company serving construction customers.
