Dear Prem,
Thank you for the keen interest you have shown in our organization, UST Global (M) SDN BHD
("UST"). Consequent to your application, interviews and the personal discussions with UST, we are pleased to offer you a career with UST. Please accept our heartiest congratulations. If you accept this offer and join UST, you will be designated as "Associate III - Semiconductor Product Validation (A3)".
Your employment will be subject to the Standard Terms and Conditions of Employment of UST ("Agreement"), as amended from time to time as set out in Annexure 1, and will be governed by various policies, rules and guidelines of UST. It will also be guided by the core values and beliefs of UST. Please note that you will also be required to sign and agree to be bound by the Employee Non- Disclosure, Non-Solicitation and Non-Competition Agreement when you join the employment of UST. The gross compensation offered to you is MYR 7,800.00 (Ringgit) per month, payable in 12 monthly payments per annum.
You will also be eligible for a joining Bonus of MYR 1,000.00.However, please note that UST reserves the right to recover the joining bonus, should you choose to terminate your employment with UST before the completion of twelve months of service. You will be paid your salary after the commencement of your employment monthly in arrears on the last working day of the month. Should you commence employment any time after the first day of the month, your salary shall be pro-rated accordingly. The rate of your salary will be regularly at the sole discretion of UST. You will be notified in writing of any change to the rate of your salary. If applicable, this offer of employment with UST is subject to the successful completion of your Background Verification conducted by UST or any other agency appointed by UST and confirmation of your medical and physical fitness by a qualified Registered Medical Practitioner (RMP) nominated by UST.
By accepting this offer of employment, you shall be deemed to warrant and confirm that:-
(i) Prior to joining UST's employment, you have terminated your employment with your current/previous employer in accordance with the terms and conditions of the said employment;
