1.Communicating resumes needed and when needed by; Assisted in organizing and tracking team

progress to ensure tasks were completed on time

2.Supported planning and coordination efforts during project development

3. Took initiative in researching and understanding construction details, materials, and design choices

to confidently support project decisions

4.Coordinated with the Project Manager and Foreman to confirm accuracy and align the presentation

with project goals

PIT Lead, First Robotics August 2024-Febuary 2026

1.Communicated effectively with sub-team leads (Engineering, Electrical, etc.) during competitions to

quickly diagnose and resolve mechanical issues on the robot.

2.Managed repairs and decisions under strict time constraints between matches, collaborating with

other leads to ensure the robot was competition-ready

3.Worked closely with multiple sub-teams to assist with troubleshooting, repairs, and adjustments,

supporting overall team performance and efficiency in the pit.
