This application is used for communication with satellites. Commands are sent to the Test Sequence Interpreter (TSI); the code is encrypted by Cortex and received by the satellite's On-Board Computer (OBC), which sends it to the respective subsystem. The response is encrypted, returned to Cortex, decrypted and displayed in an understandable format.
