Vodafone West (formerly Unitymedia) is a telecommunications integration project focused on consolidating cable, broadband, digital TV, fixed-line, and mobile services into Vodafone Germany's unified platform. The project involved validating end-to-end business processes, ensuring seamless integration of customer, order management, billing, and service provisioning systems, and maintaining high application quality during the migration.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyzed business and functional requirements to prepare comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.

Executed functional, integration, system, regression, and end-to-end testing for telecom applications.

Validated customer onboarding, order management, billing, provisioning, and service activation workflows.

Identified, logged, tracked, and verified defects using defect management tools such as JIRA.
