Description: The New York City Department of Buildings (DOB) (https://www.nyc.gov) is the department of the New York City government that enforces the city's building codes and zoning regulations, issues building permits, licenses, registers and disciplines certain construction trades, responds to structural emergencies and inspects over 1,000,000 new and existing buildings.

The NYC DOB consists of 3 modules. 1) DOB: Build 2) DOB: Safety 3) DOB: Licensing.

Assigned to the DOB: “Safety” Violations Project. The Safety Violations comprises of 10 Compliance (Trade/Work) Types. Emergency Power, Photoluminescent, Retaining Walls, Structurally Compromised Buildings, Facades, Parking Structures, AEU HAZ, Energy Grade, Elevator, Boilers, Sprinklers, Gas Piping. Primarily, work was assigned to test the End-to-End functionalities for the Emergency Power and Photoluminescent Compliance types for the Release 1, Phase 1 project. Also, tested the other Compliance Types as part of Regression testing. The Project has two applications: Front End- Public/Industry Portal (Used by the Public Customers as well as Registered Architects or Professional Engineers) to check for their violation payments/Challenge Requests/Civil Penalty Waiver Requests) developed on Microsoft .Net technology and backend Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application used by the NYC DOB Employees and is developed on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365. The ImpairmentStudio™ software is Moody’s Analytics is a Cloud based solution used for measuring and reporting current expected credit losses and debt securities. Organizations use it to share data and collaborate across departments, lines of business, and subsidiaries, to calculate, review, approve, and generate current expected credit loss allowance reports.

The main aim of the project is to extract the data that is entered in the CreditLens User interface and to display four .CSV files (EntityReference, InstrumentReference, PropertyReference, InstrumentCashflow). Initially, the CreditLens tenant DB will perform a DMS (Data Movement Service=ETL) Job and load it into OLAPTS (Online Analytical Processing – Transaction Service) DB. Later, the Data Extract Definition happens and again a DMS job is triggered in the Job Scheduler. So, the CreditLens data will be loaded and generates 4 csv files which will be routed to local file repository “Minio” or Cloud (AWS-S3 Bucket). From where, the ImpairmentStudio consumes these 4 csv files which are used for Analysis or Reporting purposes.

Also, worked as a Data Migration QA analyst and testing and validating various Moody’s Banking clients as part of Data Migration projects. Performed API testing using Postman and SoapUI to validate functionality and performance. Collaborated with developers to identify and resolve API issues during the development cycle. NPI are New Product Introduction group which falls under the 4 SBG’s and “All Other Ideas” falls under the non-NPI group. Every Honeywell employee can post their ideas irrespective of the groups, which in turn goes to the “Accolade” (Innovation Management Software) developed by Sopheon, where the Workflow Management is initiated and were reviewed by the Project Owners and Idea Manager based on the assessment of the Idea details. Once the Idea is approved, it will be converted into a Software Project and the end result will be the Honeywell Product which is released in the market for the Buyers and Sellers.

Meal Load Out (MLO): The objective of this project is to review current Meal Load Out (MLO) and associated processes to identify opportunities for standardization and optimization. The standard processes will then be used to implement a saleable enterprise solution for load out. This action is required due to obsolete systems currently supporting this process, and increased efficiency at the plants.

The MLO application is currently used at 13 soy crush facilities, 2 biodiesel plants, and 3 soft seed crush plants. MLO was not installed in Mexico with the Lynx implementation due to its obsolescence. The requirements used to build the Jupiter application in Mexico will be used as input into this project.

Implementation of a new solution (with Savigent-Jupiter-MOM layer) is expected to be done by facility (vs. all at once). Specific phasing plans to be developed in the Plan Phase.

The Meal Load Out (MLO) has 4 layers:

•Level 4: ERP (“Jupiter” Front-end application used for the Inventory Management, Financials, Quality Management, Inbound, Outbound.

•Level 3: MOM (Manufacturing Operations Management like Inbound, Production Continuous Batch, Quality, Production, Weigh, Pack, Label, Plant Inventory, Automated Warehouse, Outbound. MOM is also called the “Plant Performance Management”.

•Level 1,2- I/O and Controls: Sensing, Monitoring, Control of Physical processes. Here the application used is the “UniWin” which takes the weight of the Product (Meal or Oil) using the 3 scales: Hopper Scale, Flow Meter Scale, Platform Scale by using the Transportation (Truck/Rail Car).

•Level 0- Physical Process: Right from the Check in and check out of Truck/Rail Car into the Facility.
