Manager: Responsible for the Collection and Analyst, humidity as well as the quality of the product of the bean collection center and the staff, located in the municipality of Villa de Cos, Zacatecas. Function: Supervision of collection, analyst and verify the number of the tons of entrance and exit, agility and clarity in the reception, with the support of 12 loaders who were in charge of unloading the beans and loading them when sending them to the largest collection centers., all with the revision and the respect to the established quality norm of storage in the region.
