I am a new Phlebotomy graduate and both NCPT and CPT1 certified. I did my externship at San Diego Marine Corps Recruit Depot, where I performed multiple venipunctures a day with a variety of people. Each recruit I saw I drew seven tubes from them. I believe that helped me gain confidence and refine my skill. I am eager to get into the work force to learn and connect with more patients.
