Turn on machine, plug in air pressure, lift up tables Take bundles of wood with smooth polyester, fiberglass sheet glued to one side 40 to 80 and run through edge cutter Length and width.

Saws

Wait for machine to be turned on.

Run bundles of wood, foam, fiberglass through saw cut to customer desired length and width stack nicely on edges for processing.

Fletcher

Wait for machine to be turned on

Have bundles of wood sheet by sheet ran through saw to be cut on the sides to be able to connect two together. Cut to customer desired length and width.

Clean out machine so saws don't get clogged up with sawdust. Metal bender

Have bender set to desired cut.

Punch holes in metal trim stack to 25 and roll up with suran wrap tightly. Router.

Wait for machine to be turned on and set up for customers desired Cut. Trim edges of rubber off of wood to get accurate cut. Pick up board and move to router, set it between little prop rods so board doesn't move when being cut. Move board onto folding table stack neat and nicely for processing. Processing

Strap down bundles of wood, and foam

Cut cardboard to same length for straps

Wrap bundles with suran wrap.

Wait for next bundles.

Clean up
