Supervise approximately 25-30 crew van drivers in the safe operation of 12 passenger vans and 15 passenger shuttle buses to transport flight crews, to and from the aircraft, Ops Center, remote parking, and the airport terminal. Insure that TSA approved security procedures are followed, at all times. Make operational decisions regarding van services and customer need. Monitor radar, CVV, and Mosaic on 3 computer screens and CCTV security cameras. Prioritize and assign tasks based on customer needs. Use radios and iPads to communicate with drivers, RCC, Security, GSE and others as needed. Safety is critical to the job.

Insure that drivers provide safe and timely transportation of flight crews and crew meals, to and from UPS aircraft, the remote parking lot and the airport terminal. Maintain a professional environment with safety and service as top priority. Provides information and responses to drivers, using the Crew Van Visibility system through an IPAD in the van.

Insure that drivers have knowledge of the UPS ramp operation and familiarity with the different aircraft types. Train drivers in the proper operation of a 12 passenger van on the ramp and 15 passenger shuttle. Teach a positive customer service attitude. Team player, Flexible, Safety focus at all times. Professional presence and attitude.

Provide constructive feedback to drivers through ride along evaluations. Insure they are aware at all times while operating the vehicle and following all guidelines. When necessary, provide coaching through oral and written warnings.
