● Lead a team of nine programmers, coders, and various other technical roles to collaborate alongside ten internal functional groups, three external vendor companies, and the contracted sponsor company in managing clinical databases throughout all phases of clinical trials

● Oversaw the build and go-live of two separate clinical databases in March 2025 and April 2025, which included the drafting of fundamental project documents that instructed the sponsor and site staff on how to navigate the database and complete a subject case report form. Beyond these completion guidelines, project and sponsor teams received live walkthroughs of the database in scheduled meetings, as well as hands-on tutorials per sponsor request to cover major database updates

● Lead the decommissioning and archival process of a database in December 2024, involving the cleaning up of over a dozen Data Handling Entries, compilation of over a hundred completed subject case report forms, and following up with study sites after months of no communication from previous team

● Ensured thorough and timely fulfillment of sponsor requests via multiple rounds of user acceptance testing, adherence to a protocol of follow up and escalation for team communications, and operating outside of normal business hours with international team members when required

● Transitioned frequently across multiple studies early on in the career in order to gain exposure to multiple study stages, phases, and treatment indications

● Frequently utilized advanced functions in Microsoft Excel and Project to ensure effective management of project evolution and schedule

Gig Work: Basement Venues/Practice Space Boston, MA Basement Show Specialist September 2023 – August 2026

● Contributed to the establishment of a new and still running basement venue in Allston, MA, including construction of main stage, designation and preparation of band and staff only areas, and coordination with booking groups and bands

● Most work occurred outside normal business hours: evenings Thursday through Saturday for shows and weekend mornings for hosting band practices, often working on call and accepting responsibilities at a moment’s notice
