USPS Customer Services Supervisor

I’m a retired from the USPS after ** years. I was a Supervisor, Customer Services, I was responsible for 80 employees, performed services talks, and safety talks everyday, performed driving observation on all carriers, performed audits on all window clerks once a month, performed scheme test on all distribution clerks, quality checks on all carriers casing. Responsible for making sure all reports were complete accurately and on time. Attend conference call meeting with postmaster everyday. Responsible for trainings all new employees, and handling all complaints on computer and in person. I am efficient in window, excell, outlook, and google.
