I've laid floors for the last 5 years, lvp, laminate, some commercial. I've done glue down lvt, planks, for restaurants. Demolition chipping up tile, and prep. I can skim and level a floor. Base board, to shoe molding. I have had to cut doors down to clear. Can lay thresholds. Can do tile, backsplashes, can grout. Although my experience with tile is only about 2 years. I have local references for my experience. I welded and fabricated, flat beds for trucks. For 2 yrs. Mainly tig, towardsThe end of my time there I was beginning to weld aluminum.
Since I was 18 done various construction, and remodel projects, including light plumbing, pex, and can solder. Drywall taping, can mud in it w/o texture. Basic painting, to lawn work. Pulling and setting toilets. Laying shower pans. I can read a tape measure down to the 64th. I know my way around tools.
