Cinch Connectivity Solution
Punch Press Machines-Ten years in manufacturing, setup, run automatic presses which do second operations and bend parts, also sometimes needed to do microvus, edit programs and made sure angles were within customers specifications.
Acme Machine – Set up and run acme machines, cnc part would edit, change the threading program and adjust.
Aligning and changing pumps and motors- changed for different size of bar size of stainless steel and aluminum material.,
Run micro vu and Keyence make programs and edit.
Lead experience I was lead for one year, worked along supervisors and management and as a team our goal and focus are to deliver costumers products with their specifications and on time delivery.
EHS Specialists (Environment Health & Safety) I lead the safety program and environmental side for a year. Made sure our company followed Mcallen Tx environmental policies and Osha regulations and safety measures by our company Cinch Connectivity Solutions, handled everything we used, from cutting oil, soap, drums and totes that needed to be recycled, keep track of gallons used and recycled, keep chemicals enter data to TCEQ. Ran the safety meeting program once a month, and reported any incidents and preventive, that require corrective actions.
Precision Inspector/ Quality Auditor is most current position; will be going on two years in quality I measure setup operations using, calipers, micrometers, drop indicators, intertests, blade and standard micrometers, thread gages and make sure all tolerances are within customers’ specification and approve for production to begin. Receive and release material (parts purchased from other companies). Receive raw materials and inspect to meet company standards, ASTM etc. Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Brass, Copper, Nickel material.
