Production Planning and Scheduling Management: Primarily based on automotive parts sales orders, vehicle OEM requirements, and inventory turnover, he prepares annual, quarterly, and monthly special production plans, prioritizes the coordination and allocation of core production capacity in the machining and forging workshops, reasonably schedules the production processes and capacity loads for various automotive precision parts, and ensures the on-time and complete delivery of automotive parts products. Production Process and Quality Management: He leads the formulation and continuous optimization of process specifications and standardized operating instructions for core processes including forging, machining, and heat treatment, and implements standardized and refined production operations. He takes the lead in implementing the core requirements of the IATF 16949 automotive industry quality management system and works with the Technical and Quality Departments to establish a full-chain quality control system, strictly controlling all stages including incoming inspection of raw materials, quality control during processing, dimensional inspection of finished products, and performance verification prior to shipment. He establishes multiple quality control points at key processes and routinely conducts product quality reviews, corrective actions, and process optimization to continuously improve product qualification rates and quality stability.

Equipment Management and Safety Production: He is primarily responsible for the ledger management, the daily operation, maintenance and servicing, and the formulation of periodic overhaul plans for core automotive parts production equipment, including forging presses, heat treatment mesh belt furnaces, CNC machine tools, and machining centers, ensuring that equipment meets required accuracy standards and operates stably. He strictly implements the safety production responsibility system, routinely conducts safety education, skills training, and safety hazard inspections, ensures compliant operation of environmental protection and fire-fighting facilities throughout the plant, and ensures that the entire production process complies with national safety production and environmental protection standards.
