Manager responsibilities included payroll, scheduling, hiring/correction/firing, daily and monthly paperwork, bank deposits, supervise till accountability and vault counts. My husband and I were volunteers for our city’s volunteer fire department in Tennessee. I am also trained as an Emergency Medical Responder (EMR). We love to do anything outside like camping, fishing and hiking. I believe that when training an employee to do their job, you must train them the correct way the first time.
