(September 2021-Present) Adelaide of Newton Centre, Newton, MA, Program Assistant Adelaide of Newton Centre is a state of the art Mind and Memory Care facility based in the heart of Newton Centre. Responsibilities include assisting the program director with implementing and organizing creative, challenging as well as engaging programs for residents from yoga, to bingo to artistic endeavors as well. Every resident is unique offering a talent of their own that compliments and enhances the activity of choice. Also, created one on one, small and large group activities that included an all inclusive structured team environment. (December 2019-2022) Harvard University, Cambridge, MA, Athletic Department Responsibilities include overseeing multiple athletic facilities from indoor pools to tennis courts to fitness centers on Harvard University’s campus, adhering to a strict COVID protocol, managing incoming and outgoing members, securing students in facility, assisting members when necessary as well as operating a computer system for all members. Also, communicated with Director and Assistant Director all scheduling necessities, mechanical problems, membership issues and adhering to all university policies.
(September 2018-February 2023) Starbucks, Needham, MA, Barista/Shift Manager Dealt with high level of customer service while making complicated beverages, preparing pastries, sandwiches, and coffee while adhering to COVID protocol. Also, participated in the opening procedures of a café as well as the closing of café. Responsible for cash handling process operating complex POS explaining beverages as well as curtailing food and beverage to a customer’s palate. Moreover, assisted in cleaning, sanitizing, stocking, and disposing of all trash when necessary. Received the award of Partner of the Quarter in November of 2019.

This is a chain which is located across the country. Once a family owned a market named Bread & Circus with five stores, it has undergone many changes throughout the years.
