Working in one of the world's busiest and most complex operating environments, he coordinated airport stakeholders, owners, architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors and vendors while managing schedules, budgets, construction documentation, quality, safety and turnover expectations.
Jim's project experience also includes a wide range of retail and quick-service restaurant construction programs for nationally recognized brands. These projects strengthened his ability to lead fast-paced schedules, coordinate multiple stakeholders and trade partners, manage brand requirements and drive projects through successful completion.
Earlier in his career, Jim managed facility modernization programs supporting more than 80 BMW dealerships throughout the Southeast. He oversaw new construction, renovations, relocations and brand implementation while coordinating the BMW National Development Team, regional leadership, architects, furniture and signage vendors, general contractors and dealership stakeholders.
Known for his hands-on leadership style and strong communication skills, Jim builds trusted relationships with clients, vendors and project teams. He brings a disciplined, proactive approach to project execution and is comfortable operating in fast-moving environments where coordination, accountability and client service are critical. A graduate of Michigan State University, Jim was a pitcher and team captain for the Spartan baseball program and later played professional baseball for three seasons. He remains actively involved in the game as an NCAA college baseball umpire, bringing the same discipline, integrity and leadership to the field that have defined his professional career.
