Healthy Advice Communications is a manufacturer and supplier of hospital patients guides to over 500 hospitals across the country. Healthy Advice has sales revenues of $15 million, employing sixty manufacturing associates and eighty field sales representatives.

Custom Direct, Little Rock, AR
General Manager/Operations Manager (June 1997 – May 2009)
Custom Direct is a manufacturer and supplier of financial documents, primarily personal and business checking, to consumers. Custom Direct supplied financial documents to over five million businesses and consumers. The company had sales revenues of $110 million and 600 associates between two locations.
In this position I was responsible for start-up initiatives, which included finding a facility that would accommodate short-term and long-term growth. I had to hire a complete staff of managers and begin the process of hiring approximately 300 Manufacturing and Customer Service associates within a six-month window and facilitating training for them. In addition, I had to begin the planning process to install a manufacturing operation within an eighteen-month window.
