Job Responsibilities:

SMT Machine Programming like Pick & Place (ASM:-SIPLACE-D4i), AOI (Vitrox:-V510i), SPI (Kohyoung),Solder paste Printer (Dek),PCB Router (Aurotek).

Good Knowledge and Experience about AOI(Kohyoung,Vitrox) & Chip mounter PANASONIC(NM-EJM6E), ASM(SIPLACE-D4i), FUJI(NXT III M6) & Reflow(JTr800) & SPI (Kohyoung) & SPP (Dek,Gkg) of NPI & Production Department.

Responsible for line production plan, process and achive target and report to shift Manager.

Handling individual SMT line manpower.

Providing shift production & co-ordination with quality department to give maximum output towards various process related to PCB manufacturing.

Taking profile of Reflow soldering on the daily basis.

Operation of Solder paste printer, SPI,chip mounter,reflow, AOI, Router machine etc.

Good knowledge of handling of SMT component.

Maintain 5's on the SMT floor and FIFO on the shop floor.

Provide training of 5's, kaizen, poka-yoke, for skill echncement.

Controlling ESD on the SMT line of kaizen and 5's activities at work place.

Loading and reloading verify as per master loading sheet.

Production and inventory management.

Analysis of technical problem in PCB and troubleshooting.

Good knowledge of production planning and manpower planning.

Trubulshooting and Problem solving.

Key Skills:

Good knowledge of Programing and Fine tuning in Chip Mounter, AOI, SPI, SPP, & router machine etc.

Good knowledge troubleshooting of SMT line SPP, SPI, chip mounter, reflow, AOI, Router Machine.

Good knowledge of Instrument :-multimeter, ESD meter, surface resistivity meter, tension meter, lux meter etc.

Ms Excel, MS word, Power point.
