Senior Construction Manager (CM2) — North Coast Transmission Line (NCTL) May 2026 – Present

•Lead outage staging for Phase 1 and Phase 2 of a new 500 kV line: outage staging plans for substation expansions and line relocations, preliminary staging plans for tender, and the FY2028–29 annual outage plan submitted to the transmission system operator.

•Authored the Pre-Outage Readiness SOP and checklist; built and own the tracker managing outage-window dependencies, in-service dates, and schedule risk.

•Brief the Vice President weekly; built a consolidated program outage schedule and an AI-assisted slide generator that standardizes weekly production reporting.

•CM lead for Phase 1 First Nations monitoring and CM interface for the Phase 2 Guardian Program; authored the field-work coordination procedure for monitor participation, reviewed with Nation representatives, Indigenous Relations, and Environment.

•Directed mobilization of the Site C worker-camp dismantle (five dormitories, ~400 beds), supervising two Construction Officers, then transitioned the scope to a successor CM.

•Accountable for full program construction delivery on PCB/hazardous-substance remediation of transformers, voltage regulators, and reactors, directing four Construction Officers across 300+ sites.

•Owned resource planning, contractor cost and schedule oversight, outage requests and pre-assessments, change control and dispute approvals, IFC issue with constructability reviews, and the contractor RFQ and contract formation process.

•Pitched SMUD’s lattice-tower program (SMUD requested pricing for 377 tower inspections); led a PG&E MSA capability briefing; advancing a ComEd/Exelon pilot.

•Co-developed a drone-inspection anomaly classification (Grade 0–4) and engineering authority matrix with an RPAS partner.
