Customer Service Shift Manager (18+ Years)

I don't have a resume but I have been working with different walks of life for more than 18 years. Started working at 16 years of age I am now 37 years of age. At the moment I'm in the fast food industry my current position is a shift manager, I have a food safe certificate if that helps.
