As administrators for the RSA server, providing VPN accounts for our FAA clients, worked aggressively to restore our VPN accounts into a more organized operation. VPN accounts had previously been in great demand and developed into user time zone. There were more accounts in the RSA VPN account database than licenses necessary for the users. Restored VPN accounts into a more organized operation by gathering user account information, such as accessed times, group account information and POC information for each group. This information passed on to group POC’s showed them which users were really was using VPN and those who were not. User’s accounts that were unused were eliminated and given to those who were in need.

Team Lead for the Enterprise Network Operations Control Center, and was responsible for the resolution of customer, network/communication problems. Hardware/Software Technician
As a Hardware/Software technician in a Windows NT environment, on location at the FAA facility for various department we were supporting, I was responsible for all PC related problems and their maintenance. From the setup of the PC hardware to the installation to the software applications we were supporting, I was responsible for analyzing and troubleshooting these PC related problem issues. I also performed scheduled software upgrades, as well as hardware upgrades installations such as modems, printer, soundcards, NIC cards etc.. I also provided user information for our clients, for application operation instructions using the software we support and the hardware equipment we install. Using DKHelp Desk database software provided an organized method of monitoring and supporting PC hardware/software related issues.
