Context & Position Statement: This document details 10 major high-load technical projects, system integration frameworks, and platform migrations that I have personally architected, coded, and delivered during my long-term tenure at Allo (the leading omnichannel retail ecosystem). While concurrently holding strategic corporate IT leadership roles (such as Deputy Digital Director), I have consistently maintained a 100% hands-on, deeply technical engineering profile, building underlying architecture directly at the database and application layers.

1. Modern ERP Integration via JDE AIS REST API (Service & Spare Parts WMS) Role: Principal Integration & API Architect Tech Stack: JD Edwards AIS (Application Interface Services), FormService, DataService, EnterpriseOne Orchestrator, REST API, JSON, Oracle DB, Inventory Management

& Financials.

• Architected a secure, low-latency B2B integration layer between JDE ERP and the external ARS Service Inventory system using modern REST architectures.

• Engineered high-performance API endpoints leveraging JDE AIS FormService and DataService components to bypass standard UI bottlenecks and enable direct system-to-system communication.

• Built real-time synchronization pipelines for spare parts stock balances, internal inventory movements, and procurement workflows, achieving 100% data alignment between platforms.

• Developed custom JDE AIS Orchestrator logic to automatically capture spare parts consumption and log operational expenses directly into JDE Financials and Inventory Ledgers. 2. Cross-Platform DB-Level Integration Architecture (JDE to Comarch ERP Optima) Role: Principal Database & Integration Architect Tech Stack: Oracle Database, Expert PL/SQL (UTL_HTTP / REST Integration), JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (Financials, Inventory Valuation, Procurement), Comarch ERP Optima, Landed Cost Engines.

• Engineered a high-performance, low-latency integration engine running directly at the Oracle DB level, bypassing application-layer overhead to sync JDE and Comarch ERP Optima.

• Developed custom PL/SQL packages capable of managing token-based OAuth authentication, data serialization, and direct outbound HTTP REST requests straight from the database environment.

• Deployed near real-time synchronization pipelines for business-critical operational data, including Purchase Receipts, Sales Records, and Customer Returns across disparate platforms.

• Programmed sophisticated database-level triggers and routines to automatically capture Landed Costs

(additional supply chain expenses) and inject them dynamically into JDE inventory valuation ledgers.

• Designed bulletproof database error-handling, automatic request retries, and transactional logging mechanisms to guarantee absolute financial data consistency.

Enterprise JDA to Blue Yonder (BY) Platform Upgrade & Data Migration Role: Principal Enterprise Architecture & Migration Specialist Tech Stack: Blue Yonder (BY) Supply Chain Ecosystem, Legacy JDA Planning, JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, Advanced PL/SQL, ETL Data Migration Pipelines, Zero-Downtime Architecture.

• Spearheaded the architectural migration from legacy JDA infrastructure to the modern Blue Yonder (BY) cloud/enterprise platform, aligning legacy business logic with new architectural standards.

• Designed and executed a data migration strategy that guaranteed seamless cutover and 100% system availability for critical retail supply chain and warehouse operations during go-live.

• Conducted a deep-dive assessment of legacy JDE-JDA interfaces, fully re-engineering and performance-tuning the underlying PL/SQL scripts to fit Blue Yonder's updated ingestion protocols.

• Implemented rigorous end-to-end testing frameworks and data validation checkpoints, completely eliminating data loss and reducing operational downtime risks to zero. 4. 3PL Logistics Two-Way API Integration Architecture (Cargo-Partner) Role: Principal Integration & Supply Chain Architect Tech Stack: JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (Sales Order Management, Inventory Ledgers, Shipping/Logistics Modules), 3PL API Framework (Cargo-Partner), REST/SOAP Web Services, Advanced PL/SQL, Automated Reconciliation Engines.

• Designed and deployed a robust, automated B2B integration layer to connect core JDE ERP processes with the Cargo-Partner 3PL platform, eliminating manual logistics bottlenecks.

• Engineered event-driven API workflows that instantly package and transmit Sales Orders to the 3PL system right after picking lists are generated, cutting fulfillment lead times.

• Deployed high-availability inbound API endpoints to catch, validate, and process real-time shipment confirmations from the 3PL provider, automatically updating order states and tracking inside JDE.

• Developed a data pipeline that automatically executes daily API reconciliations, matching stock balances between the internal ERP database and the 3PL platform, instantly flagging any anomalies. 5. High-Load Retail Integration & High-Performance Order Processing (O2C) Role: Lead Database & JDE Solutions Architect Tech Stack: Oracle Database, JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (Sales Order Management), Advanced PL/SQL, DBLinks, Performance Tuning (SQL/Index Optimization, Execution Plans), Data Lifecycle Management (ILM).

• Architected a high-throughput integration framework between a massive retail store network and the core JDE ERP system, ensuring zero-downtime data synchronization under strict SLAs.

• Engineered high-performance batch ingestion framework: Developed custom JDE business logic and optimized database routines to process, validate, and post 50,000+ retail transactions in under 90 minutes. • Designed and executed a data archiving strategy that automatically offloaded processed records into the sales history ledger

• Acted as the sole architect, analyst, and core engineer to design and deliver a highly flexible, custom Cross-Docking system from scratch, fully replacing out-of-the-box ERP limitations.

• Designed and coded a high-performance inventory engine featuring a robust, hard stock allocation mechanism that dynamically locks specific inventory lots to individual customer orders.

• Developed complex transactional logic for bulletproof lot-to-order reservations during real-time inventory transfers from the Regional Distribution Center (RDC) to local retail endpoints, eliminating double-booking. • Built an automated predictive bridge that scans unfulfilled client demand and instantly triggers precise purchase requisitions within the core ERP.

• Embedded the core business logic directly at the database level (Oracle PL/SQL), seamlessly integrated with custom JDE front-end components, ensuring sub-second response times. 7. Near Real-Time JDE ERP to WMS Data Integration Architecture Role: Principal Integration & Data Architect Tech Stack: JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (Master Data, Sales, Procurement, Inventory Ledgers), WMS Integration Layer, Oracle DB, Advanced PL/SQL, Change Data Capture (CDC) / Trigger-based Pipelines, Performance Tuning.

• Designed and deployed a high-frequency data extraction and transformation (ETL) framework inside JDE, achieving a 5-minute synchronization SLA with the external WMS.

• Successfully automated and optimized the real-time transfer of business-critical data blocks, including Item Master records, Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, and multi-warehouse Inventory Adjustments.

• Engineered the integration layer to handle massive transactional waves with near-zero overhead on the core ERP system performance, preventing CPU spikes.

• Implemented a bulletproof error-handling, data validation, and proactive monitoring system that completely eliminated data drift, ensuring continuous, uninterrupted warehouse operations. 8. • Designed and implemented robust data extraction routines within JDE to clean, transform, and seamlessly stream operational inventory and sales data into the JDA Supply Chain platform.

• Developed an automated loop to ingest outbound allocation and replenishment results from JDA back into the core JDE ERP environment with zero data discrepancy.

• Built a system for dynamic, automated generation of Transfer Orders (ST/OT) based on JDA forecasting data, drastically cutting manual processing time and streamlining multi-warehouse inventory movements. • Optimized transactional processing speed for high-volume inventory ledgers, ensuring strict data consistency across both enterprise systems under heavy operational loads. • Architected and re-engineered the end-to-end P2P (Procure-to-Pay) workflow, seamlessly aligning complex supply chain business logic with the JDE core infrastructure.

• Designed custom integration gates within JDE Procurement, automated purchase requisitions, supplier confirmations, and smart PO generation to eliminate multi-step human bottlenecks.

• Developed a high-volume serial number tracking system embedded into the receiving/logistics stage, ensuring 100% traceability of high-value inventory.

• Drastically reduced inbound processing time and achieved zero-error data consistency between warehouse gates and the core Oracle database.

10. Automated Warehouse Logistics & Picking Optimization (WMS) Role: Lead JDE & Database Architect Tech Stack: JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (Inventory Management, Warehouse Control, Batch Processing / UBE), Oracle DB, Advanced PL/SQL, Route Optimization Logic.

• Overhauled the core 'Print Picking List' batch architecture, embedding complex, multi-criteria business logic into the automated execution layer.

• Streamlined the warehouse order fulfillment pipeline, drastically reducing processing bottlenecks between sales order confirmation and physical picking.

• Implemented smart sorting and grouping logic within JDE to optimize internal warehouse routing for staff, minimizing foot travel time and cutting picker errors to near zero.

• Optimized underlying SQL views and batch processing parameters to ensure rapid document generation even during peak seasonal high-load periods.
