• Led testing for CYBER, an internet-based electronic youth-records platform used by providers for reporting, outcomes measurement, and multi-site collaboration.

• Owned test plans and scenario-based test scripts across system, regression, incremental, and data validation testing, and served as the key resource through UAT and production rollout.

• Built test artifacts — test plans, test cases, and traceability matrices — directly from BRDs, FRDs, and design/mockup documentation.

• Managed the full defect lifecycle in HP ALM/QC, from test case authoring and execution through defect logging and triage.
