Managing the efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of a wide range of goods from the warehouse. Maximizing space usage within the warehouse. Looking after the transportation of goods in and out of the warehouse.
Working with supervisors to improve staff performance. Setting aside storage areas for new stock. Facilitating effective communication within the team and across the site. Investigating any inventory losses.
Follow up on material delivery schedules based on project progress and construction priorities. Ensure correct quantities and specifications of materials are ordered and delivered on time. Logistics and Transportation Organize and monitor the transportation of materials from fabricators, suppliers, or warehouses to the construction site. Arrange loading and unloading operations while ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Coordination with Construction Teams Liaise daily with construction supervisors, site engineers, and foremen to ensure timely material availability as per material requests. Monitor material consumption and forecast future requirements to avoid shortages or overstocking. Support field installation schedules by ensuring on-time material delivery to work sites. Documentation and Reporting Prepare and maintain delivery notes, material receipt reports, and transfer records. Track and report material movement between warehouses and work zones.
