● Acted as primary point of contact for the company; directing vetted inquiries for staging quotes to the sales team, as well as following SOP through our pipeline to keep clients updated on projects in progress.
● Communicated with vendors to resupply materials; records were kept to ensure that quantity and quality of products were approved. In the event of discrepancy, claims would also be made on faulty or insufficient products and the appropriate paperwork was sent back in a timely manner.
● Created and maintained staging & destaging schedule; communicating updates regularly to staff in a daily call format, deliberated client-requested procedures for entering / exiting property with up-to-date access information. Arranged accommodations for special projects where travel was required as well.
● Invoice drafting for special projects that did not align with premade template contracts, as well as editing templates to reflect changes in company policy.

● Installing and removing staged furniture for property on the market
● Assembling furniture for use in staging projects; upon completion of regular assembly, furniture and accessories would then be catalogued into our inventory software, StageForce, via RFID application.
● Maintaining proper quality and quantity of light carpentry/cleaning materials in our warehouse, as well as our moving trucks.
● Box truck operation; delivered staging goods to and from staging sites, kept cleaning and completed documented checklists for raw goods and cleaning supplies before departure, as well as maintaining a presentable appearance in both the interior and exterior of our fleet’s vehicles.
