Owned the technical direction for migrating FolloTrac, a fleet/field-tracking platform serving 7000+ daily active truck drivers during snow season, from its legacy stack to Flutter, defining the target architecture and migration approach for a three-person mobile team. Architected an offline-first data layer with conflict-free local persistence and automatic sync on reconnection, enabling full functionality for field users in low-coverage areas, a core requirement that drove the migration.
Designed and built geospatial features (live location tracking, route visualization, geofencing) on Mapbox and real-time communication across the fleet via Pusher. Delivered a companion application for drivers, sharing core architecture with the main app to keep both maintainable from a single codebase.
