HSE Management & Compliance
• Develop, implement, and maintain the Project HSE Management System in line with Saudi regulations (e.g., HCIS, Civil defence requirements) and client/contract obligations.

• Prepare and update the Project HSE Plan, risk assessments, and Method Statements for trenching, excavation, pipe-laying, and confined space work.
Risk Management
• Conduct Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) and risk assessments for high-risk activities, including excavation, shoring, deep trenching, manhole entry, and hot works.
• Identify and mitigate risks specific to sewerage network operations, such as trench collapse, underground utility strikes, confined space hazards, and groundwater exposure. Site Supervision & Inspections
• Carry out daily and weekly site inspections and audits across all active work fronts.
• Monitor excavation and shoring compliance, PPE usage, traffic management, and site housekeeping.
• Halt unsafe work practices and enforce corrective actions in coordination with site management. Incident Management
• Investigate incidents, near-misses, and accidents; prepare root cause analyses and corrective/preventive action reports.
