RÉSUMÉ
Good morning,
I’m Kokou Sika
I am writing to express my keen interest in cybersecurity opportunities at your organization. Having recently completed my Master's degree in Cybersecurity, I possess a strong foundation in protecting computer systems and networks from a range of threats, including data breaches and other security incidents. My expertise also extends to disaster recovery planning and implementation.
My practical experience has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of best practices in cybersecurity, enabling me to effectively identify and mitigate risks. I am a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a proven ability to collaborate effectively within teams. My learning style incorporates both visual and auditory methods, allowing me to quickly grasp complex concepts and apply them effectively to real-world situations.
I am confident that my skills and experience align perfectly with your organization's needs, and I would welcome the opportunity to discuss how I can contribute to your team's success. Thank you for your time and consideration.
A simple way to think of incident response is to Prepare, Detect, Contain, Eradicate, Recover and Improve.
Threat Hunting: is to collect data, Hunt anomalies, Investigate, Report and improve.

OCCUPATION: 2S051, Materiel Management Journeyman and System Analysis
U.S Air Force:
2. Duties and Responsibilities:
3 years experiences in System monitors systems processing and corrects processing errors. Monitors supply Defense Data Network traffic through use of the Supply Interface System and takes corrective action. Maintains liaison with the Standard Systems by Monitoring Supply Defense Data Network Traffic, continuously observed data flows between the Supply Interface System (SIS) and the Defense Data Network.
Monitoring included:
oAnomaly detection: identifying abnormal traffic patterns, unusual protocols, or unexpected access attempts.
oIntegrity checks: validating that transmitted supply chain and logistics data matched expected formats and wasn’t altered in transit.
oSegmentation oversight: ensuring supply-side systems interfaced only through approved channels, preventing lateral movement into critical OT networks.
Safeguarding OT Assets and Data
Isolation: By closely monitoring SIS traffic, you ensured that supply-chain data exchanges didn’t expose OT control systems (e.g., maintenance scheduling, parts inventory linked to operational equipment) to unauthorized access.
Data confidentiality: Encryption and controlled access mechanisms were validated to protect sensitive logistics and operational data.
Asset integrity: Early detection of malicious payloads or misrouted traffic prevented possible compromise of OT assets connected to the defense logistics network.
Corrective Actions Taken Traffic filtering/tuning: Adjusted firewall or IDS/IPS rules when anomalous or suspicious traffic was detected.
Patch management: Identified outdated software or vulnerable interfaces in the SIS, coordinated updates/patches.
Configuration corrections: Corrected misconfigured data exchange rules (e.g., incorrect port use, unnecessary external connections).
Incident response: Where alerts indicated possible compromise, you contained the affected interface, validated system integrity, and restored normal operations with tighter controls.
Continuous improvement: Documented incidents and updated monitoring baselines to reduce false positives and improve detection.
In short:
Safeguarded OT assets by monitoring SIS traffic for anomalies, validating data integrity, and ensuring controlled interfaces. When issues arose, you corrected them by adjusting configurations, patching vulnerabilities, filtering malicious traffic, and reinforcing security baseline.

Achievements This communication outlines my key responsibilities within the maintenance reconciliation process for both supply points and base assets. My role requires extensive coordination between two geographically separate operational units, encompassing support for a total of twenty-one maintenance sections. This involves meticulous tracking and reconciliation of all incoming materials, ensuring complete and accurate documentation. primary focus is maintaining data integrity and adhering to all relevant regulations and best practices throughout our critical supply chain operations.
