Remote MDS Consultant (Per Diem)

Have been working doing MDS for over ** years...Full time at local skilled RI nursing homes and for the past 4 years doing part time and remote work..have had experience in infection control and QA. Currently looking for 8 to 16 hours per week and/or to fill in for vacation and sickness.
