Developing AlO-filled epoxy architecture for improved thermal conduction and integrated dual K-type thermocouples for temperature monitoring.

Engineering a 15 V, 20 W heating system and characterized temperature–power response, heat distribution, and thermal stability.

Targeting 45–50 C surface temperature through experimental validation of heating performance, safety, and composite integrity.

2) Oil-Spill Absorbent Pads & Booms — Technical Research minor Project 2025

Evaluated oil-absorbent textile materials based on absorbency, material composition and industrial suitability.

Benchmarked sorbent performance against ASTM F726 and relevant absorbency-testing parameters.

Compared material types, manufacturing approaches and performance characteristics to assess application suitability. 3) TexSense — Textile Production & Quality Intelligence Dashboard 2026

Analyzed 12,500+ knitting-production records to identify production, rejection and quality-risk patterns.

Built a production-risk prediction model and analyzed 3,950+ textile-defect image patches using GLCM/LBP texture features.
