11.4 Billion Dollar, Off-Shore Wind Turbine Project Duties:

• Initiate, Plan, Execute, Monitor and Control Project Plans (Project Management Plan, Health & Safety Plan, Environmental Protection Plan, Quality Plan, Risk Management Plan, Change Management, Transportation & Installation Plan, Stakeholder Management Plan, Commissioning Plan, etc.)

• Formulate scope of work and develop Milestones for contract implementation o Manage Negotiations throughout the Bid Process (RFP, RFQ, etc.) for Supplier Contracts (EPC, T&M, FP, etc.)
