Principal developer of U.S. Marine Corps Expeditionary Command and Control Suite (ECCS) Electronic Technical Manuals (ETM) as part of Navy contract for instructional use. Provided content development and hands-on access to equipment to enhance training initiatives. ETM developed to instruct marines how to assemble portable radar system in the field. Independently examined data, case studies, reviewed engineering drawings, and government products for applicability, accuracy, and integration into Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), training manuals, and job aids.
