Provide technical expertise to all facets of operation & maintenance and coordinate with other Facilities and clients for implementation of smooth operation and Reliability Centered Maintenance

(RCM) strategy to ensure uninterrupted 24/7.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of utility lighting systems, including internal/external building lighting, street/road lighting, lighting panels, feeder pillars, LED luminaires, MCBs/MCCBs, contactors, photocells, timers, and associated LV electrical systems; manage and update work orders, asset records, maintenance history, materials, and job status, troubleshoot lighting faults, coordinate corrective actions, and ensure all maintenance activities comply with client HSE requirements and approved procedures.
