Description

We will oversee the entire production process of the book (both monograph and contributed) to ensure that the book meets the client's satisfaction as well as the Springer style and standards to publish the book with excellent typesetting.

Responsibilities in Grade level:

Preparing style sheet for the book (for both monograph and contributed)

Instructions will be followed to fulfill the customer requirement

Trained around 50 fresher’s for Palgrave Books in Trichy unit

Checked the quality for special series and non-standard books

Production SME:

Tested the elements and give inputs to software for tool development

Creating user stories and request through Redmine

Raising the tool issues and updates to software

Solving the day-to-day tool bugs with the help of software team

To check the tool points in every UAT and LIVE release and provide testing results to software team

Provide LIVE release updates to operators

To provide Tool Training to new joiners

Assigning jobs to them and planned to achieve the team target

Solving the operator queries with respect to book consistency

To arrange Book Meet for every Monograph Books to maintain book consistency
