Portfolio: ifeoluwaorimolade.com linkedin.com/in/ifeoluwa-orimolade Designer working across app and web, from early concepts and wireframes through prototypes to final design. Master’s in Human- Computer Interaction and a bachelor’s in Computer Science, so specs, assets, and interaction documentation are written for engineers who have to build them. Stewards brand within a design system rather than fighting it. Accessibility is a specialty, and I currently work on the AI side of product design, evaluating whether generated experiences are genuinely usable. EXPERIENCE
Product Designer — ISURC, Indiana University Indianapolis January 2024 – April 2026 Indianapolis, IN
• Designed customer-facing digital experiences across app and web, from early concepts and wireframes through interactive prototypes and final high fidelity design.
• Prepared and documented design specifications, assets, and interaction details so engineering and QA could implement without guesswork, and stayed involved through build.
• Helped evolve and maintain the design system, applying patterns consistently and flagging where they needed to improve.
• Collaborated with researchers, project managers, engineers, and other designers, and presented concepts and decisions to technical and non-technical audiences.
Designer, Design Quality (Contract) — Mercor (AI talent platform) May 2026 – Present Remote
• Evaluate AI-powered and AI generated product experiences against a structured rubric spanning interaction quality, hierarchy, visual craft, and usability.
• Communicate design judgments in writing that product and engineering teams act on directly. UX Designer — GravityDrive (VR training software)
January 2024 – December 2024 Indianapolis, IN Project engagement
• Designed an operator dashboard end to end, from research through advanced interactive prototype, including empty, loading, and error states.
• Grounded decisions in a literature review, five practitioner interviews, and four moderated concept evaluations. Won Best in Show at the IU Indianapolis Capstone Showcase.
Lead Designer — RCCG Covenant House
March 2023 – Present Indianapolis, IN Part-time, concurrent
• Rebuilt a live public website around findings from a 63 respondent survey, lifting its Lighthouse accessibility score to 92, and lead a four person design team.
• Steward brand consistency across digital, print, and screen through a shared template and guideline system. SELECTED WORK
• Wayfind — voice-first indoor navigation for blind and low-vision users. Designed the interaction model and shipped a live working prototype with a fallback path for errors.
• Accessibility-in-the-Loop — authored a public evaluation specification and scoring rubric for AI generated interfaces, then designed and built the tool.
