Also worked on the Reward desk helping customers redeem their miles for airline reservations and providing customer service to Continental Airline’s most frequent travelers.

CHRISTOPHERSON TRAVEL SERVICE Branch office manager Bountiful, UT As the agency manager I booked airline, rail, hotel, car rental, cruise and tour reservations for commercial and leisure travelers. I supervised three employees and was responsible for all bookkeeping, reporting and accounting functions. We were one of the first travel agencies in Utah to use the American Airlines SABRE reservation system. Later, I worked at two other travel agencies, one in Midvale, UT and one in Shreveport, LA. After moving from Louisiana, I worked for Continental Airlines as a reservations agent handling reward travel as well as regular airlines reservations. EDUCATION
