A highly experienced, organized, and proven Manager/Engineer with significant industry knowledge seeking a new position as a Facilities Manager, Chief Engineer, or Maintenance Manager. Professional Experience
Facilities Maintenance Manager- Concert Golf Partners- Heathrow & Legacy July 2021- May2025
Started from scratch, to set up a Facilities Maintenance office and developed procedures/processes
Managed the daily maintenance operations of three properties which included all HVAC and electrical upgrades as required
Oversaw three direct subordinates and sub-contractors (as needed)
