• First professional full time experience of working with StageCraft, Jaipur, from 2017-2019, a wedding planning and event management company that handed over the responsibility of roles such as Closing out on Meetings ( Sales ), Understanding and Meeting Client Requirements, Following up over the smallest of details and taking note of what has to happen on-site through the clients vision and executing it for them, Operations on-site, Show Flow, Decor execution and production, Entertainment, Planning, Hospitality, Vendor Management, Logistics and meeting challenges and volatile projects one after the other.

• Second shift for growth and exposure to a well known brand in the same city, Jaipur, working with Yolo Events & Entertainment, from 2021-2023, and given more trust with the same roles and responsibilities like my previous job, but the difference was the scale of weddings and how the effectiveness and efficiency mattered even in the largest scale and at the same time smallest detail.

• Third shift was a big one and it was taking my skills to the next level. I was now the founder to a start up named Eventilicious Entertainment and also a sister company by the name of Hospitality Pandit along with a cofounder. The timeline would be 2023-continuing but with a little hold with the purpose of getting exposure with how to make a brand out of your startup by working with reputed brands. The 2.5 years of running your own organization has given me immense achievements and morals mainly leadership values, brain-storming ability and understanding of the market as a founder along with carrying a responsibility towards the growth of people who are working towards your organizations goals. The scale of weddings ranged from 8 lakhs-20 lakhs and curated experiences for over 40 clients with commendable feedbacks and over 20,000+ total smiles in the faces of their guests who attended our work.
