• Use Google Flow, Veo 3.1, and Gemini to rough out storyboards, background plates, and scratch audio, then finish animation by hand in After Effects so characters and style stay consistent.

• Choose AI models on a per-shot basis and document prompt frameworks so looks and pacing are reproducible instead of relying on one-off results.
