Mission Statement: To provide leadership and excellence in the execution of solutions to challenges. I am currently a Senior Reliability Engineer in the Syensqo – Augusta facility overseeing the Amodel and Compounding unit. As part of my responsibilities, I assess failure modes to help in determining root causes of failure, propose solutions and execute them according to the MOC process. I also write and propose procedures to govern repair and testing on equipment where there is none existing. A key aspect of the proactive maintenance approach is the use of vibration analysis to anticipate future failure events Through my career, I have demonstrated proficiency in the assessment of failure modes, collection, organization and application of data to solve current problems and have a proactive approach to problem solving. My focus has primarily been on rotating equipment but have also mentored Junior Engineers on control systems (for heat exchangers), RCFA and job execution. Reliability Engineer 2020-Present
