Data Entry Support Specialist( unofficial title) - Under non supervision, performs skilled office support work in operating a computer system to access, maintain, and prepare reports for providers, update data within Microsoft Access program. The work consists of entering data into Excel Program by means of a standard computer keyboard, updating and editing files, and producing reports using printers or other output devices as a primary responsibility. Work also consist of inflowing data into electronic directories to create or edit user obtain and edit IDs as appropriate. At ease with with the meaning and significance of the data, the structure and operation of the files, and the rules and commands needed to access, update, edit and produce reports on the data. Entering new data into established files, add and edit data in existing records, and modify and reformat reports. Work entails sustained operation of a computer terminal or workstation, on a full-time basis. Work also consists of interaction with parents/ families and clients in Infants and Toddlers program. Assisting the administrative secretary with clerical duties is a part of daily duties.
