Run cabler to make wire feed the wire and tape throught the machine load wire onto reel press start while running if machine sparks out I stop the machine and cut out any bad wire and cold weld the wire back together add a new reel of tape as needed .After the needed amount of footage is reached we drop the reel test the voltage if it passes its sent to armoring,where a protective coating of aluminum is applied. After passing voltage test it will go through reel to reel where the print that identifies the voltage is applied, then it goes to packaging where it's broken down at 3 different stations .Homedepot 25 and 50 fiit coils 250 foot reels and 1000 foot reels on the auto spooler.so I complete those jobs daily
