I had 1 Assistant Manager to help with these tasks.
The other side to this company is a continuation of Prestige Accounting but on a smaller scale. I teach my clients about and how to use QuickBooks, some of my clients need teaching in general accounting/practices. I have several clients that I do full after the fact bookkeeping, payroll, sales tax, invoicing, bank reconciliation, Financial reports. I also perform reviews of financials. After resigning from working with a CPA for over 7 years I opened Prestige Accounting. My clients were of various sizes requiring different degrees of accounting, from full live accounting to full after the fact accounting including bank reconciliation and financial statements, we ran payroll for approximately 30 companies on all pay schedules. We were responsible for EFTPS payments to be made on time and all quarterly filings to each governmental department. Filed Sales tax, Sun tax, Tire tax, short term rental tax. Teach basic accounting and QuickBooks. Prepare approximately 850 tax returns, a combination of 1120, 1120-H, 1120-S 990, 990N, 1040 & some various state returns. I had 3 full time and 1 part time staff.
