2.Built a web-based analytics dashboard (HTML5, JavaScript, Chart.js) to visualize real-time production KPIs, including cycle progress and station-level efficiency, giving the team faster visibility into line performance.

3.Diagnosed and resolved collision and timing faults in a multi-robot RobotStudio simulation, contributing to 100+ consecutive collision-free assembly cycles. 4.Implemented automated Excel-based data logging for cycle performance, reducing manual tracking effort and improving the accuracy of production reports. 5.Wrote PowerShell and Batchfile automation scripts to streamline repetitive engineering workflows, cutting manual setup time.

Multi-Arm Robotic Assembly Simulation & Real-Time Performance Dashboard in ABB RobotStudio — RAPID

Developed a high-fidelity digital twin of a four-arm robotic car assembly line in ABB RobotStudio as part of my Final Year Project in Robotics and Automation.The system features four IRB robots performing sequential tasks

(pick-and-place, assembly, inspection, and packaging) on six automotive components using coordinated I/O signal handoffs, MultiMove functionality, Smart Components, and conveyor tracking for collision-free operation.

1.Achieved 100% collision-free performance across 100 full assembly cycles. 2.Optimized average cycle time to 80–85 seconds with 100% plant efficiency. 3.Built a custom web-based analytics dashboard (HTML5, JavaScript, Chart.js) displaying real-time KPIs including cycle progress, Section L/R efficiency, active tools, and power consumption trends.

4.Implemented manual and automatic Excel data logging (every 5 cycles) for performance tracking and analysis.

5.Designed the simulation as a scalable Industry 5.0 digital twin with potential for 15-50% power reduction and significant labor cost savings. AI-Debate-Arena — Python

GUI app where two AI debaters argue for and against a statement until they reach a consensus — the Ultimate Truth.

1.Two AI debaters — Pro and Con, arguing independently and adaptively. 2.13 AI providers — OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Ollama (local), Ollama Cloud, Groq, DeepSeek, OpenRouter, Together AI, Mistral AI, xAI (Grok), Cohere, and Perplexity. 3.Independent provider selection — each debater can use a different provider and model. 4.Fallback AI — optional fallback provider per debater if the primary fails. 5.Internet search — debaters can search Wikipedia and DuckDuckGo for real evidence. 6.Confidence tracking — each AI rates its confidence; the debate ends when one concedes. 7.Termination logic — auto-concede at low confidence, repetition detection, convergence detection, and a round cap.

GLITCH-HIKER — a roguelite auto-runner where the game is intentionally broken; hack its live memory with an in-game hex editor to survive.

1.Glitch-art auto-runner with a simulated in-memory debugging console. A meta-narrative game in the spirit of Pony Island / Inscryption: the game "fights back" across runs, comments on your edits, and eventually learns your hacking habits. Skills
