Successfully moved risk and cost to suppliers while providing an opportunity for all suppliers to achieve gains by performance.

Provided support to the Project General Manager in the management of the Martin Project during various stages including engineering, procurement and construction by utilizing a quality management system with innovative approaches. Lead role in the negotiation of major contracts. Developed a lean Vendor QA Program. Team leader for the project benchmarking effort that set the tone for many innovative cost reduction options.
