Dear Kellie;

It is with great pleasure that I extend to you an offer of employment as an Account Representative, at AMFS, a Safe Fleet company in Lone Jack, MO. This role reports to Venus VanHorn, Upfit- Telematic Manager. Your tentative start date will be September 16, 2024 if you have any questions. The offer is extended with the following compensation package:

Compensation/Hourly Pay

Your starting compensation will be $19.50 per hour, less proper deductions for all required withholdings, and paid in accordance with the Company’s normal payroll procedures. Health & Dental Benefit Package, Life Insurance, 401K Savings Option If you exceed 32 hours per week you will be benefits eligible. A copy of the Company benefits package is included with this offer letter. Benefits include a health care program as well as company funded life and disability insurance. The current 401K program provides a match of 50% of an employee’s contribution up to a maximum of 6% of your annual salary. Paid Time Off

If you exceed 32 hours per week you will be PTO eligible. You will accrue a total of 80 hours of Paid Time Off during the first calendar year of your employment and your PTO will incrementally increase thereafter. A PTO Accrual and Increase schedule is included in the email accompanying this offer and will be in your Safe Fleet Employee Handbook. A full-time employee becomes benefits eligible the 1st day of the month, following the date of hire. Note: Safe Fleet allows for up to 40 hours of PTO Rollover per year. Safe Fleet also offers 10 Paid Company Holidays per year, please see attached schedule in your offer email.

This Offer of Employment is NOT A CONTRACT. Moreover, your employment with Safe Fleet is “AT- WILL”. As such, either you or Safe Fleet may terminate the employment relationship at any time for any reason, with or without notice, and with or without cause. Employment is contingent upon results of a drug screening, reference, and background checks.

As a company employee, you will be required to follow the corporate rules and policies. You may not disclose confidential information of the Company to unauthorized third parties, and at no time may you disclose confidential information of a former employer to the company. This letter and the attached form are the complete and exclusive statement of employment between you and the Company.
