Oversee the fraud check diversion program, asset forfeiture, and violence against women and victims of crime act, as well as the departmental bank accounts, victim fund, and oversee annual audits. Direct the purchase of equipment and supplies as well as orchestrate building projects.

• Department Representative: Represent the department with the Board of County Commissioners, at legislative public hearings, other governmental agencies, community groups and the general public. Regularly meet with government agency representatives to set policy and oversee responses to threats to the staff and community safety.
